Eliza assists with various stormwater management programs related to NPDES permit compliance, including, but not limited to trash load assessments, creek bioassessments, and outreach and education programs. Prior to EOA, she assisted with out of state watershed monitoring programs under various federal grants and helped develop drinking water technical assistance and training workshops for community groups. Eliza holds a bachelor’s degree in Earth Science & Geography and a minor in Sustainability.
