Kathy is an Engineer-in-Training who assists with stormwater and wastewater NPDES permit compliance, including projects related to Low Impact Development (LID) and Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI). She also conducts on-land visual trash assessments, provides cost-benefit analysis of trash control measures, and is involved in various other water quality monitoring and data analysis projects with a focus on wastewater. She has experience in construction management and environmental engineering via prior internships. She graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
