Koby aids in stormwater management programs related to NPDES permit compliance. He assists with trash load assessments, creek bioassessments, and other field monitoring programs. Prior to EOA, he assisted the City of San Diego’s Stormwater Division with monitoring and policy development. Koby has a bachelor’s degree from UC San Diego in Environmental Systems with an emphasis on Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution.
