Elias has interdisciplinary public, private, and non-profit experience ranging from stormwater permit compliance to GIS data analysis, groundwater management, and sustainability. Elias holds a Master of Science in Water Resource Management and has 10+ years of experience helping organizations to achieve sustainability, drinking water quality, and stormwater objectives. As a Senior Scientist with EOA, Elias leverages that experience to reduce pollutants of concern and mitigate the effects of contaminants on human health and the environment.
