Associate Scientist

Chad supports San Francisco Bay Area municipalities with NPDES stormwater compliance programs. Chad focuses on the development, evaluation and management of trash control and pollution prevention plans using GIS data analysis and management. Chad is involved with the training of EOA and city staff in proper field monitoring methods for trash monitoring and construction stormwater compliance. Chad has interdisciplinary experience ranging from surface water hydrology, geotechnical engineering, SWPPP development, and structural construction. Chad is a professional geologist in the State of California and holds a Master of Science in watershed and coastal geomorphology. He has 5+ years of experience using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) performing advanced spatial analysis and data management.
