Joe supports water quality monitoring, trash management and assessment, and business inspections. Prior to joining EOA, Joe worked as a biologist at Sunset Ecological Solutions and for the Department of Fish and Wildlife as a scientific aid. Joe graduated from Sonoma State University in May 2022 with a BS in Environmental Science, Geography, and Management along with receiving a minor in Biology.
