Kira assists the SCVURPPP and other EOA clients with stormwater management and pollution prevention by supporting public education and outreach efforts. She assists in the development of public education materials and also conducts visual trash assessment fieldwork. Before joining EOA, Kira worked at the West Valley Stormwater Authority. Kira has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
