Quan assists in the production of annual reports for various stormwater management programs and maintains and updates client stormwater program websites. He assists with information management through various statistical and data analysis tasks which include Microsoft Access database development, data query, data entry form design, and data import and export. He also designs and develops fact sheets, pamphlets, reports, and guidebooks using Adobe Indesign and Adobe Acrobat.
