Renee has over 25 years of design, consulting, and project management experience, with a focus on stormwater management, stormwater quality compliance, SWPPP preparation and review, drainage facility design, utility design, hydraulic modeling, and design coordination within complex, multi-disciplinary project teams. She has designed and reviewed stormwater requirements for projects of varying size and complexity which were subject to the Caltrans, Phase I, and Phase II NPDES Stormwater Permits in the Bay Area, throughout California, and in other states. Renee has put her significant experience in MRP C.3 and C.10 compliance to use by performing regulatory reviews of development project applications for local Cities and Towns as well as by contributing to feasibility studies and projects incorporating stormwater treatment, green infrastructure, and full trash capture.
